log in wrong password error

For more then a month I have tried to get BACK on the game.. I changed the password, redownloaded titanium, redownloaded all eq99 files resated the computer .. and log in screen won't let me in

I put in my user name
put in the CORRECT password.. and still a month later it says wrong password error.
what can i do
