It took Jordan 7 years + college experience. This was Lebrons 8th year with no college. Do the math.

Jordan was a different breed. 5/6 of the Bulls' playoff losses came against Byrd's Celtics and the bad boy pistons of the late 80s. Even then, Jordan was averaging incredible numbers and showing great heart. After he climbed that hill, only the death of his father could keep him from winning NBA championships.

While Lebron will always have the highest ceiling of potential amongst the current NBA, he doesn't have two intangibles that I see: a greater will to win than his opponents and humility.
