Crafted BP / Mistmoore camp

Hi all,

My warrior is 28 on Green and I'm trying to get some gear. I was hoping to get the werewolf talon from MM while leveling.

Does anyone know which camp on Green kills those mobs? I've been xping in unrest, so I have no idea what MM is like.

Do those claws rot ever or is someone always ready to loot them?
