In many movies Africa is portrayed as a poor lawless place with little regard for life where every day is a struggle. The reality is that I enjoy those movies, especially ones like The Wild Geese where a bunch of white mercenaries try to rescue someone, I forget exactly what happens except a lot of local people get shot and also the evil guys are called The Simbas which is just so insensitively awesome. Also Richard Burton, Roger Moore, and Richard Harris so that right there I mean what, right?
