I addressed my stance with y'all on it. Currently the situation feels like 2 guilds who will throw the baby out with the bath water. One wants to have 0 agreements that address some quality of life clusterfucks, the ability to choose when to kill a mob you want to/start a war, unless they get agreements in 3 areas (ST/RW/Citys)
Another guild wants to maintain 2 agreements and not add a 3rd at this time.
Both have merit, id like to see all 3 in, but that wont happen right now. So its currently a sorta loose 2 agreements between two guilds to not contest each other on some lame mobs in regards to windows (+/-12) or instant engage (i.e. clickfest), but still having to do just that.

I believe we can make it happen if fear, can be rotated between venerate seal team and black lotus on green then no doubt everyone on blue can come to some agreement
