Default Overthere crashing constantly

I'm not sure what it is about this specific zone, but i pretty much have about a 90% chance of crashing when i zone in from skyfire, or log in a toon that is camped there. First thing i made sure was my game resolution was the same as my desktop resolution is, which it is. My PC is very new, all drivers are up to date as well (Win 10 OS).

It's gotten so bad that last night i got a port to Skyfire, went to OT, zoned in, moved slightly to get into the tunnel and the game locked up. Ok, nothing new there, have to alt+tab, wait and log back in. Got in the game, moved slightly, game immediately locks up. It did this NINE TIMES IN A ROW, i eventually had to just give up and not try to log in.

Here is the kicker. When the game was locked up, i clicked on my buffs to see if i could remove them, nothing. I clicked on my gate spell just for the hell of it, nothing. That last attempt i mentioned above, i logged into the game and i was at my bind point in Neriak, and my buffs that i had clicked on were gone. Even though the game was frozen (locked up), i still managed to cast a spell and remove my buffs.

Can anyone give any suggestions on how to fix this Overthere issue? I can try to dumb down the graphics or clip lane upon zoning in but this seems irrelevant considering all other zones seem to be fine. Is there any video/clipping/in game settings that i can adjust to remedy this? Any help would be appreciated!
