Must have worked in a red tape sector of incompotence, which there is alot. However the places that go after national security interests have none of that. And are super effective. And luckily everything is branded a national security interest these days so that several NSC departments can basically fuck anything they want up, classify it, and burry you.
Never worked for them personally, but I have managed to have a front row seat at one of these things. And it isn't pretty. And as far as conspiracies go. This isn't a conspiracy, just what you have been taught to believe when you hear it. This shit happens, it's real. Don't believe it, Just watch.
Also, if you knew I went to cornell you'd know that we are so far left of left as a school that you'd realize exactly what you are dealing with. I don't consider myself to be a dem, or left, I won't label myself. I do not vote, as I wont vote for war criminals.
