I'm just pointing out that your logic is self contained. You're saying everything you say after "I'm not racist" is racist because if you say something that's racist it's preceded by "I'm not racist." Do you kind of get how that doesn't make sense?

You could say all of that without prefacing it with "I'm not racist." If someone prefaces something with I'm not racist, that signals to me they're thinking racist thoughts. So yes, someone telling me "I went to a decent college" - okay, cool, thank you for letting me know vs someone telling me "I'm not racist but I went to a decent college" - okay, cool, thanks for letting me know that you think other races can't get into or go to decent colleges.
Here's the thing though -
everyone is racist. Just some people are more racist than others.
