Bards will get the limit increased in the September patch, identical to how it happened on live.

Some of the AoE codes...Bard Mez and DoTs were hitting MORE than 4 mobs, if you try and help someone don't mislead them with a POST, take them to the SOURCE.

You were NOT playing a Bard at launch in 99, thanks for proving it repeatedly.
