EQ crashing

Ive ran every compatibility options on both my installs, graphic enhanced and clean install. Still getting lock ups and crashes.

None of this was happened till the Server black out afew days ago, I had NO issues till then with anything.

This is happening to apparently a lot of ppl, so has to be on the server end.

I have also tried every compatibility option with the same results. Running as admin or not does NOT change the outcome. I have repatched to no avail, I have done a clean install and then repatched. Still disconnects randomly when zoning, and crashing when trying to login. I am getting extremely long zone times when i can actually login. If I am able to zone, I am soon disconnected (black screen with white writing saying You have been disconnected). Changing characters crashes me about 80% of the time. I do not use winEQ. I never have, just like Keldjor, my problem only started when the server showed blank a few days ago. I have completely disabled Windows Defender (antivirus and firewall). I have plugged straight into the cable modem and none of this makes a difference. I have Spectrum internet and use a Netgear modem.
