Ruby BP /List Camp not being cleared.

so someone joins the list at spot 9 and by the time they are at 2 the group as devolved into mostly melee and a few casters. no healers no cc. so they just fold? been there the entire time but meaningless, or oh theres a cleric in zone that sees they are struggling wait a little bit and bring in your own group now your #1.

The /list should not be flooded with people who cannot hold the camp then. Per Rogean, these camps will NEVER be empty. Every combination of classes can duo this camp. At 35? Probably going to be pretty tough. I can't get behind the idea that allowing low levels to flood a camp and hold their spot because they were there deserve an item they would not be able to obtain in a small to full group.
