White line on terrain at the horizon

Shortly before Green came out, some updates were added to Blue. One of these created an odd graphical issue with me. There is now a white line on the ground at the horizon (the horizon only). It isn't a huge issue, but definitely noticeable. Any ideas on how to take care of this? I'll try to add a screenshot to show what I'm talking about.
