NPC Spawn Issue: mimic in Runnyeye shouldn't spawn until Picklaw revamp

Evidence:

1) Not listed in this spawn dump from a pre-revamp Runnyeye:

2) Its Everlore entry says it was 'New since the "rebirth" of RunnyEye':

3) Everlore bestiary for RunnyEye did not have the Mimic until 2001:

Additionally, all the evidence I see from these links says that it drops no loot. I do not see any justification for its current loot table.
