Small Sewing Kits for evil races

Does anyone have guidance on where to buy one?

The Wiki lists two merchants in Grobb, Bimuk and Jarlok that should have them, but don't. Jarlok has the usual tailoring patterns, but no kits [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
