My game looks like crap!

I finally was able to log in and create a character on Teal, but the character creation screen was really buggy looking. Regular font type instead of the fancier script and was rather difficult to read. Also, there were some really annoying voice overs that I don't remember ever hearing.
When I logged in, Qeynos looked rather, well, flat. The UI I had had no options button so I could set up my keys, the inventory looked odd, too. I'm sure I missed files or something to download, but I'm not sure what I'm missing. It looks REALLY, REALLY bad. Do I have to play classic like this? If so, I'm gonna have to wait until Kunark, cause this is horrid!
