A Brownie Outcast - Wrong Era loot

A Brownie Outcast is currently dropping arrows for Ivy Etched Leggings quest.

I'm not a ranger so I can't confirm if the quest is complete-able or not.

I don't know if he's even supposed to spawn during this era, but I know he shouldn't drop arrows.
