My experience as a mid-20s Monk (20% penalty) is that a GOOD group WITH uncontested pulls, in a dungeon like Najena or Guktop, tops out around 2Y/hour.

This is a relative best-case scenario and doesn't factor in things like waiting lists, overcamping during primetime hours etc.
