Bag stuck on char hand issue

I recreated the druid char i made on original EQ. And within 10 lvls she got a small bag stuck on her offhand just like the original char did 20 years ago lol. What can I do to make it go away? It is like she hits with it every once in a while instead of staff. Tried taking everything off. Let her get killed. Tried holding 2 hand staff, and putting something in her offhand then removing. Bag still there!
