Warrior skill kick

My warrior is lvl 45 and it seems his kick skill is stuck at 149. The wiki states it should max at 210 I'm guessing this is at lvl 60 however I cannot get it to go past 149. My slam skill is at 200 and got there fine. Anyone else seen this issue?
