Not from Lguk entrance to the alcove corner, but its about 5 seconds away from the assassins spawn/corpse so yes. You go down ladder turn right and stand in the left corner of that alcove. If a train pulls there the mobs warp out and don't reaggro more people. However only 2-3 people can fit on the safety tile.

Dont run there if you already have aggro. It wont save you. It only will stop initial aggro onto you.
