Red to blue character transfer.

Transfer characters but: (1) can never un-flag pvp; (2) force a language that only other PVP characters can speak/understand.

I'm not really serious but it would be interesting to see pvpers running around, and normal blue characters could join in (and then retreat) via priest of discord/order. Could then shut down red and give new blue characters the option to be red/perma-pvp on character creation (can give em the xp bonus if they do). I dont think the xp bonus on red really matters otherwise.
