Are exp quests going to be fixed?

The current nerfs are in place due to the increased spawn time, not because they weren't giving out classic exp. It's temporary

I remember this now and feel kinda dumb.. HOWEVER I can't find the staff post regarding this. And it's not in the green trailer thread. I can only find the staff mentioning the 80% faster spawn rate. (I did search the forums)

Kind of a stupid mistake by the staff to not be upfront about this. People can barely find the latest patch (even when it's on the homepage) what made the staff think people wouldn't notice an exp nerf to noobie zone related quests.
