Don't know about other items but fungis went down to 40k because King could be efficiently triod or even duod, with only needing to kill a couple static spawns and AFKing for 20 minutes between PHs. So very small efficient farm teams would camp him and swap to EC mules for quick sales. I think pathing and other changes have returned it to a camp that requires more investment so it climbed back up to 50k.
