Spells: Comprehensive List of Ranger Spell Corrections w/Research

I'm bumping this thread as I see Kanras is ever so valiantly attacking every bug report with haste, but the Kunark spell forum seems underused (Kunark and Classic stuff is now overlapping). I appreciate the use of "Fixed, pending update" so we know if the issue has been addressed or if it needs more info to correct things.
