Miscellaneous: Sword of Runes shouldn't have Ward Summoned effect until October 1999 (+other items)

Are you getting Sword of Runes confused with Staff of Runes? I can't find any evidence that Sword of Runes ever procced anything before October 1999. None of those links I posted has a proc listed for it, including the long list, which includes procs on other weapons.

Direct quote from the long list. Sword of Runes has no effect, and three items down we see effect listed for EBS. There are others.

Obsidian Scimitar: Damage 7, Delay 27, Weight 5. +6 Agil. Classes: B, D,

Elf, HElf, Hfl. Obtained through a quest

Ebony Bladed Sword: Damage 7, Delay 24, Weight 2. Effect of Ensnaring
Roots. Ranger only. Races: Hum, Elf, Half Elf. Found on Minotaur
Patriarch in Lower Guk.
