Before the patch, I could cycle through NPC's using the key binding "TAB". Now I cannot use this function, even when I remap it to another key (yes, I used non shared keys). Some others I played with last night said they could not use the "cycle through npcs" function while others said nothing changed for them.

I'm pretty sure you have to patch to have it broken, and the latest patch wasn't required, so that's why some people don't see the problem. Everyone will have no choice but to get the next patch though, so everyone will have this soon.
