How do I login?

Hello,
Sorry if this is dumb...
I followed the guide and got all the way through it, downloaded the WinEQ2 client and just launched the default profile.

Well the game is up and all that, but what do I use for station username/password? I don't see where this step is listed in the account creation processes. I tried all the accounts I created during the guide but none worked.

I assumed it was sony/daybreak so I created accounts there and I tried following the links from in-game prompts but I can't get to any of them in any browser, they appear offline.

I'm sure someone has dealt with this question a few times?
