If you have your original wineskin p99 app still installed, just test it by changing the engine to WS9wine2.6
Someone on this thread said they have it working with El Capitan. On a serious note, Mojave is far superior than these versions and Bootcamping windows would be a better idea. You can get a perma free copy of Windows 10 iso from Windows.
