Wrong Quest Exp: Nestiff's Statue & Mail to Qeynos.
So did some research
Here is post from player back in 11/9/2000 Mail quest(surefall to qeynos) Plus nestiff's statue yielded 2.5 bubble of xp for level 1 toon. 2nd level drops to 1 Bubble of XP for combined turn ins. Deliver to soiuth qeynos 3. return statue to Nestiff statue quest giver surefall glade.
