Adamantite Club ratio = 0.600 (delay 25)
Scepter of Mastery ratio = 0.619 (delay 21)

In addition to having a better ratio, the Scepter of Mastery is also faster, providing more damage bonus applied. Also, no annoying stun / agro magnet proc thingy that everything seems to be immune to anyways =p. Scepter of mastery is better. yes.
