You seem active and pretty enough at that weight. However. No worries. I guess. I managed to live like that for a long time without noticing ill effects. It wasn't until I experienced complete depression and psychosis and lost every bit of lean mass I had in front of EQ.
I still get occasional boughts of intense hunger but they go away if I pay attention and don't torture myself.
