Error 1017 on fresh install related link in FaQ is 404

I'm getting 1017 when trying to log in after a fresh install, specifically I try to log in and after a short while I get kicked to the login screen just before the server list, if I attempt to log in immediately after being kicked I get the 1017 message and then sent to the login screen again.

I tried clicking the link given in the FaQ but that just takes me to a 404 page, so I'm also not sure if I should make a new thread or post in another.
