1:1 per year of medical school. They paid 3 out of 4 years for me. I finished that debt I owed long ago and stay in because I believe in the work. All military salaries and relevant specialty pays and bonuses are available to anyone who knows how to operate google.

I don’t even mind socialized medicine and a more socialized US. We can’t fucking do it with low class immigrants coming in as they will to take advantage of generous government programs. Especially when they multiply like crazy. Our logistics aren’t even close to the same as Germany. Germany takes in a measured amount of migrants. What they feel they can handle. And Germany itself is a discussion for another time. It’s chaos at the border for the US
