Obama also never promised single payer. Anyways, it doesn't matter, Obama is gone.

He promised to lower premiums by quite a margin but in fact only raised them. He not only lied he did the exact opposite.

I hate to break it to you, but Trump can't repeal or replace the affordable care act by executive fiat. And I certainly can't blame republicans for not wanting to touch anything a duplicit media will always propagandize against them.
