It depends on a couple things:

What race is your shaman?
Do you know anyone that has an Ornate Velium Pendant?

Some race/class combos are only 9 turn ins and an OVP click away from a hammer.

It's not worth it to do 124 turn ins for sure.

What about on a Bard after using this song? http://wiki.project1999.com/Cinda%27...matic_Carillon

I'm level 36 so I have no clue how much this would boost my faction.
