The only thing I am aware of that requires The Dead faction is the Reaper of the Dead quest. That said if you want one of these you can usually buy them for ~600 plat in EC.
But I would double check that your epic doesn't require interacting with the Neriak Necro Guild at some point just to be safe. | ||
