Can't Install EverQuest Titanium

So I'm trying to install EQT using an ISO file, and I followed all the instructions that were provided by the tutorial, but when I try and launch install.exe, the file does nothing. It won't launch the installer. I'm running Windows 10, and have tried everything from running as an administrator to running in compatibility mode for various versions of windows, even trying to modify my regedit. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, but I really want to play classic EQ. Does anyone have a fix?
