As lead counsel for Sirken (and with the help of my junior partners Shokar and Karsten), we cannot comment further on the pending investigation, but we have filed a wrongful termination lawsuit in the district elf courts.

Please respect Sirken and his family's wishes for privacy during this difficult time.
