Spells: Evacuate North location does match the wiki description?

'Double evac' got nerfed.

It used to be if you cast an evac that took you to a zone while already in that zone, instead of taking you to that spell's evacuate location it would instead take you to the generic evacuate spell's evac location.


This used to make 52 wizards handy vox toons as they could 'double evac' their allies to the qeynos hills zoneline in west Karana, but sadly no longer.
