Sorry I'll be here occasionally to remind everyone that Uthgaard shouldn't be a GM. Everyone knows it.

This project is in extreme danger of being shut down because of mismanagement of GM authority by Nilbog. I continue to post here on threads complaining about this issue to remind Nilbog that this isn't a one time thing.

Every time the GMs here do something incredibly stupid and anger the player base (you don't hear it because threads are deleted OFTEN) needlessly is another tiny chance someone will throw a wrench in the gears of this project.

I'm not talking about DDOS attacks either. There are many attack vectors that are impossible to address and all it takes is one person willing to pay enough money or put enough time in to ruin everything for everyone.

You're blissfully unaware but there is a storm raging here and it's caused by the bullshit coming from people like Uthgaard. I'm happy to have had my time on P99 and I couldn't care less about being banned. What I do care about is the staff getting more cocky about banning people they don't like which puts the entire server in jeopardy.

I want to see this server make it through Velious but I'm 99% sure it's not going to. You can read the other thread here about someone saying they have been approached by multiple people offering to pay to have P99 taken down. The staff response is the standard, "GO AHEAD AND DDOS US WE SURVIVED BEFORE" but that is a FUCKING JOKE compared to what could be done here.

Just remember that you heard it from me first when the entire EQEmu is unusable and thank assholes like Uthgaard and limp dicked pussies like Nilbog when it happens. I'm not gonna do shit but I do know how easy it would be to ruin this entire project and so do several other people. The only reason this server is still operational is because when weighing getting payback on retards like Uthgaard against ruining the fun for those who still play here it's not worth it. Just give it time though.. someone is going to decide it is worth it.

To the staff: WAKE THE FUCK UP. You guys need to stop thinking you're going to be DDOSed and reexamine your situation closer. There is no solution other than to not become a target and certain GM actions are painting a big target on this place that has spread beyond the EQ community. This project should be about providing the classic EQ experience for thousands of players. Not a place for stroking your egos. The more it becomes about the latter the more the scale tips in favor of glassing this whole place. You are being watched.
