spinach is just one green and unless your growing it yourself I wouldn't bother
all commercially purchased vegetables have almost nothing in them because they use growth hormones to make it grow faster so it can be marketed further from where its grown.

I'm all for your advice my little tomato head. But man your expectations of health are seriously high.. I have to now grow my own spinach and veggies cause otherwise they have 0 nutritional value? That's pretty harsh.. And I eat my weight in protein, maybe a little less, so you're saying i should chop my protein consumption down to 60g of protein a day? As a 33 year old adult who works a physical job and hits the gym 6 days a week for an hour, i can't properly accept your advice.. Not without proof that what you're doing or suggesting works or pays off.. I accept meads and skarlorns advice, because they have provided evidence...
