I recently received an ip exemption for me and my wife so , me my wife and 1 of my friends could all play together with my paraplegic friend . i then log on the next morning to find a temporary ban on my ip ? i sent messages but nothing. this is ruining my time with our friend since his condition is worsening and we just wanted to play the eq era from before his accident ... morally i think this is extremely disturbing to me imo.


all my friend and my wife want to do is play with our friend who is getting worse before he cant play, we have waited for weeks for this ip exemption just to get ip temp banned again without a reason? if this is the management of the server i don't see a future for it.
