Paladin all the way, not even a contest IMO based on your requirements. SKs aren't superior to Paladin's solo when it comes to dungeons, and it sounds like you plan to spend most of your time there. Stuns, calm, root, DW helm OP heals, etc.
Plus when you are 55+ and decide you want to group, you'll have so much more utility in that setting. And at 60 as a Paladin you'll have a unique 200 hp buff, 90% rez, and have a better heal than all classes except a cleric and torpor shaman(lolz). At 60s SKs get.. an average pet and another FD?
