Has anyone used an untwinked Rogue to solo 1-60?

To ding 60 you need to be able to kill level 40 mobs. I haven't played an EQ rogue in 16 years but can a level 59 UNTWINKED rogue kill a level 40 mob at all?

Probably boils down to what is considered untwinked. If no epic, no fungi no CoF etc... I suppose nope? Cuz level 40 mobs double for 100 and a 59 rogue has like what 1500 HPs with some basic gear?

No excuse for no epic by then. I did mine unguided.
