My chanter has been level 60 for almost a whole year and I haven't done a single part of the epic because it doesn't seem worth it to me. All that headache just to be able to click SoS on people that really wanted VoG? lol...
I mean, yeah, free pet haste that I don't have to swap spell slots out for and some stats is ok... Just not worth the hassle of an epic quest, especially one that contains such contentious poopsocking.

I mean that stats are arguably BiS.
That being said, I'd rather gear around having a Feshlak stick and not do any of the epic quest. On the other hand, I might actually have a better shot at casually doing the epic than I do getting a Fesh stick.
Quite the quandary. Guess I'll be rocking that velk spell book for a long time.
