How does Arrow damage work?

Curious about archery crits:

For a crit, you will see two entries:

ex:
critical hit for (145)
hit for 156

Are these two values added together, or does this represent something else?

It's the same hit, there is just a disparity between what the server calculates the crit being worth versus what the client calculates the crit being worth.

I think the one that says crit is the incorrect one, as calculated by the client.
