i base my statement on the fact that all cops are dumb pieces of shit. I have never gotten any help from a cop. I have never seen a cop help anyone else. I have seen many cops hassle good people over petty things, like speeding, and turn a minor offense into a hour long debacle where the cop is fishing for even a hint of law breaking just so he can pull those cuffs out and fuck with someones life.
