Burpees, dips, fill a sheet or garbage bag with some weight and use that as a free weight. a bunch of magazines in a bundle for example.

A towel is an awesome piece of equipment for this kinda stuff.. Hammer curling the towel and having somebody pull down hard on the negative. Slow controlled negative..
Also taking the towel and pulling at each end, then do like chest press motion while pulling at each end.. all while standing
