19 shaman leveling GFG or Darksea Harpoon & CCS?

Hey all! I have SCHW for haste, just wondering how long I should melee (and which weapons i should primarily use between GFG and Darksea Harpoon / Crystal Chitin Shield) and when I should switch to spells? Thanks!
