The Velium Focus - quest script details

I'm digging into some ClassicQuest here and I've never done the Velium Focus quest, but judging by the lack of mention on the boards here it seems like a cool part of the end of the script is missing, just want to verify before posting the bug report.

After you hand in the final items, Phenocryst along with a bunch of other geonids run out of the cave and gather in a circle. It sounds like reading on P99 that they just depop? Didn't feel like doing entire quest to find out.

On live it seems like they depop and spawn a HUGE geonid which is named 'The Menhir'. It sticks around for a minute or 2 and then there is some script about it being unstable, and it actually releases the spell 'Supernova' which can damage PCs.

Should be a geonid the size of a frost giant... pretty cool screenshot bait. I only saw from searches that Erati remembers this event from live, didn't see other mention around here.

I got a bunch of details for the Menhir and the scripts they would need to implement, just would like confirmation from someone who did the quest that the above does or does not happen on P99. Thank you.

Fun fact: someone mentioned a Geonid Shaman would run out to the site of the explosion after, and hailing him would get a response of something like 'I require the focus to communicate'. Others have said nothing happens after. I smell some potential custom content, nilbog...
